 And good news for you – the Exhibit Hall will be at the CENTER of it allSpanning two ballrooms and the registration foyerwe've re-imagined the Plaza Level to provide places for attendees to meet with yourecharge, grab refreshment, and listen to important content from our exhibitors on the Industry Insights Stage during its two-day run. With a theme "CommUNITY of Gardens," we'll be celebrating our industry partners and vendors by putting them at the heart of our Conference.  

 We'll be promoting this multi-use area via multiple communication channels including the Conference app and the website, and in email communications to our members in the months preceding the Conference. 

 Because of elevator size limits for this floor, please be sure to read all materials carefully to ensure you and your exhibit materials can be accommodated.

  • A promo code good for a complimentary two-day registration for up to 2 workers (non-refundable). 

  • Additional booth workers = $150 per person per two-day registration (by phone 610-708-3012). 

  • Booth workers must register for the Conference using the promo code provided, and pay separately for any additional days or ticketed events they wish to attend (member rate applies) 

  • Breakfast and lunch for both booth workers on both days, plus the Monday Welcome Reception and Tuesday Opening Reception. 

  • Company recognition on the 2022 Annual Conference Mobile App and Conference website (includes company name, logo, description, and web address), including presence on any hybrid digital presentation of Conference content. 

  • Conference attendee list with emails 



Fern Expo & Event, Portland, OR will be the Official Services Provider for this Conference and provide: 

  • 8' x 10' or 10' x 10' pipe and drape booths consisting of 10' of 8' high background drape and 3' high side-rail booth dividers, (1) 6' table or 8' table -skirted, (2) Standard side chairs, (1) wastebasket and a 7"x 44" company identification sign. 

  • Additional booth amenities, utilities or services may be ordered online direct from Fern after April 10, 2022. Fern will be in contact with you after April 10 to provide catalog, URL and log in information. 



  • Exhibitors must commit to stay open during the entire time the hall is open. Booths CANNOT BE BROKEN DOWN until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 22. 

  • Booths will be assigned by priority after full payment has been received. 

  • Must submit full payment and completed agreement by January 31, 2022 in order to receive Early Bird Discount.  


  • Exhibitors are expected to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols in place consistent with the State of Oregon and City of Portland requirements for gathering. In addition, to ensure everyone's safety in gathering we will require documented proof of vaccination and/or a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of check-in, with exemptions for religious or medical purposes with documentation. Please visit our website for updates to our COVID Statement as we get closer to June 2022. 

  • All Exhibitors are expected to have their booth staffed during all hours the Exhibit Hall is open through the close of the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, June 22. 

  • Arriving to the Conference late or leaving early may impact an Exhibitor's participation in future Conferences. 

  • All Exhibitors must wear their Conference lanyard with badge at all times while participating either on-site or off-site at Conference events. 

  • There is no solicitation of business in the Exhibit Hall area by anyone other than confirmed Exhibitors.

Whether in a closed session room or on the NEW Industry Insights stage in the Pavilion Ballroom of our Exhibit Hall, reserve a 15- or 60-minute time to share what you do, or the latest trends or innovations in your sector. Your sponsorship builds in added benefits and elevates your voice AND your brand.  

Industry BITE (15 min) - $800 - NEW 

Similar to a Rapid Fire, this fast-paced segment allows you to deliver a concentrated but dynamic message with visuals to our Conference audience arriving for or lingering during a coffee or dessert break in the hall. We provide the stage, you provide the content! Great for demos. 

 Industry Insights Sponsor - 60 min $5,000; 90-min $5,500;  $1,000 per additional 60 min. 

Formerly known as Corporate Workshops, these sessions build business by providing ample time to show off what you do and what you know. Conference attendees really appreciate these when they are less of an infomercial or product demo and more about sharing trends, providing toolkits or checklists, or imparting best practices. This type of sponsorship is a great value as it builds in booth space AND full conference registration, important benefits you can use to cultivate new client relationships throughout the week.
